Shipping

We ship throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America using our trusted shipping partners: PostNL, PostNL International, and DHL Express.

If your country isn't listed as a shipping option during checkout but you'd still like to place an order, please contact us at info@therhae.com. We'd be happy to help.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping above €150 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.

For the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Express shipping options are also available during checkout for an additional fee.

Depending on your order and destination country, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Rhae.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times by region:

• The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• North America: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. The Rhae is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
