Where do we ship?

We ship throughout Europe, the United Kingdom and North America with our trusted shipping partners: PostNL, PostNL International and DHL Express.

Is your country not listed among the shipping options at checkout, but would you still like to place an order? Please contact us at info@therhae.com. We are happy to help.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping within Europe on orders of €60 or more.

For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note: depending on your order and the destination country, local taxes, customs duties or import fees may be charged upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Rhae.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Shipping time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times by region:

• The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• Europe: 3-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
• North America: 5-10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
