Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Rhae. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must have been purchased directly from www.therhae.com.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Starting a return is easy through our Returns Portal.

We recommend sending your return using a tracked shipping service. The Rhae cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds are typically completed within 2–10 business days after approval.
