Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must have been purchased directly from www.therhae.com.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to return an item

Start your return through our Return Portal.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Rhae cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
