Returns policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Rhae. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange your item(s).

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must have been purchased directly from www.therhae.com.
• Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to return an item

Returning an item or order is easy: simply email us at info@therhae.com to register your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return with a tracked shipping service. The Rhae cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, you will receive the refund within 2 to 10 business days.
